will start at the Sports Ground
on Tuesday 22nd May
running every Tuesday evening
at 7.15pm - 8.15pm
and Saturday morning
at 9.30am - 10.30am
for blocks of 5 weeks
(excluding the jubilee weekend).
Cost is £5 per session or £40 for a block of 10. First session is free.
This will be run by Colin Whitehead, a qualified personal trainer, and it will combine a mixture of strength, CV and core training. It will be lots of fun making sure everyone gets the most out of their workout.
