Someone could win a £50 supermarket voucher for telling South Northamptonshire Council (SNC) what they think of the Council’s waste services.

Nearly two years after a revamp of the services, including kerbside food waste collections and a single bin for all other recycling, the district is recycling more waste than ever before.

Cllr Dermot Bambridge SNC’s portfolio holder for the environment said: “We get a lot of positive comments from residents telling us that they like the single blue bins for all their recycling, and they like the idea of their left over food going towards energy production and to make fertilisers to grow more food.

“But we need them to take part in our survey so that we can identify further areas of improvement.”

The survey also asks for opinions on street sweeping, the bulky item collection service and fly-tipping.

Anyone who completes the survey by Monday, 31 August 2015 will be entered into a draw to win £50 to spend in a supermarket of your choice.

All of your answers will be treated in confidence. Terms and Conditions apply.
