Customer Satisfaction Survey - tell us what you think
Residents are being invited by South Northamptonshire Council (SNC) to give feedback on the services they provide for the district.
Next week (Monday, 6 June) SNC is launching its annual customer satisfaction survey, which will measure how happy residents are with the services the council provides. It is also used to help identify council priorities and improve services for the future.
Earlier this year, SNC set out this commitment in its Business Plan 2016/17 as part of its priority to ‘serve the residents and businesses’ of South Northamptonshire.
Cllr Karen Cooper, portfolio holder for community engagement and wellbeing, said: “While we are always happy to receive feedback through our other various communication channels, the survey gives us the opportunity to ask specific questions in a formal way to help measure how satisfied residents are with our services.
“The survey will ask for anonymous feedback on a range of different service areas, and we will use these results to ensure that any concerns are addressed and overall satisfaction levels continue to increase. We therefore encourage as many people as possible to take part and let us know what they think.”
The survey is being undertaken on behalf of SNC by Marketing Means, and all answers will be completely confidential.
The survey launches on Monday, 6 June and can be completed online at: www.marketingmeans.co.uk/southnorthants
For those who do not have access to a computer at home, please feel free to fill out the survey using the self-service PCs at The Forum in Towcester.
Some residents will be randomly selected to receive a hard copy of the survey with a freepost envelope to return to SNC. However, they will still have the opportunity to complete the survey online via a separate web address that will be on the survey received in the post.
For those who receive a postal survey, please complete either the hard copy or use the web address provided on the hard copy, not the above web address.

The survey closes on Friday, 8 July 2016.
