Clinics to power local business in an hour

Businesses looking to take the next step in their growth can get free expert advice at specialist clinics taking place next month.

South Northamptonshire Council (SNC) is hosting the one-on-one sessions with advisors from the South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership’s (SEMLEP) Velocity service.

The free advice sessions, which take place on Wednesday, 18 October, are open to businesses with less than 250 employees.

The hour long sessions offer information on developing existing business ideas, growing existing businesses, and revenue and capital grants to support growth and job creation.

Cllr Stephen Clarke, SNC’s portfolio holder for economic growth, regeneration and housing, said: “The council is here to enhance economic growth and job prospects in the district, and hosting clinics like this is just one of those ways in which we can achieve that goal.

“This is a great opportunity for businesses to come along, meet expert advisors and access the help that is available.”

October’s clinics will take place at SNC, The Forum, Moat Lane, Towcester
