Published: 17th January 2017

Cllr Chris Lofts, Liberal Democrats

A public meeting, supported by a cross-party group, has been organised by Sophie Johnson, Chair of the South Northants Constituency Labour Party, to inform residents in South Northants about the Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs) and their impact on the NHS and especially the Horton General Hospital in Banbury.
Representatives from the Keep The Horton General Group will be explaining the ramifications of STPs and how they threaten to destroy the NHS as we know it. There will be ample opportunity for questions and answers.
Members of the cross-party group supporting the event include:

  • CLP Chair Sophie Johnson, Labour
  • Cllr Chris Lofts, Liberal Democrats
  • Cllr Rosie Herring, Conservative

The meeting will take place on Monday 30th January 2017, 7.30 - 9pm, at Magdalen School Hall (Waynflete site), and is open to all members of the public.
NB We are still seeking interested representatives from the local Green Party and UKIP who would like to attend and support the event.
Please contact sophie@bigeyedear.com if you would like to be involved.
