Stuart Pringle Managing Director of Silverstone Circuits that hosts to the British Grand Prix this weekend said, "I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your co-operation over the weekend of the Formula 1® 2018 Rolex British Grand Prix (5 - 8 July 2018) and to give you details of the local traffic systems that are being implemented.
"We hope this information will enable you to plan any journey you may need to make during the event and minimise disruption to you and your family.
"Please note that it is not our intention to run a one way system on the A43 on Friday or Saturday although the option remains to be used in extreme situations as a contingency.
"The only one way system planned for Friday and Saturday relate to the Dadford Road and details are listed below. As such refuse collections and bus services will be unaffected.
"If circumstances change and we are forced to turn a one way system on for the A43 on Friday or Saturday the details will be posted on www.silverstone.co.uk/residents.
"There is no separate leaflet being produced by Highways England this year but we hope you will find all the information you need below or by visiting www.silverstone.co.uk/residents
