Apologies: were received from Cllr Ayres who was in hospital.

I. Helmdon Parish Plan:

The Clerk submitted an application to the Countryside Agency for a grant towards the Helmdon Parish Plan.

Two tenders were received from suitable contractors:

Tender 1 is for the sum of ..................£675
Tender 2 is for the sum of ..................£750

It was proposed by Cllr Glassett and seconded by Cllr Brookhouse and agreed unanimously that the lowest tender of £675 from C & E should be accepted subject to satisfactory public liability insurance.
