BUTLER SERVES UP VICTORY AT HIS HOME TRACK

Helmdon’s Kurtis Butler enjoyed a successful day at his home racetrack of Silverstone.  Kurtis started the day off with a fourth place finish but crawled his way up through to second in his second race before going one better in a victorious final outing. The championship Kurtis  races is in is the British Motorcycle Racing Organisation, also known as Bemsee.  The class he races in is the MRO minitwins and he rides a suzuksv650 twin. Everyone is on the same machinery and has to be within the BHP limit of 72 so it’s all down to the rider.  Kurtis arrived at Silverstone with a slender fine-point advantage but he now leads the championship by seven heading to round four at Snetterton. He would like to thank his sponsors 3VK, C.AB. Construction and Paul Grimshaw Vehicle Movement Ltd.
